It’s ok. The signal is bad in the garage.
Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you pointing this out. The garage is in a lower-signal area, and cellular reception can occasionally be limited depending on the carrier. The tires were balding pretty badly, there was an inhaler under the back seat that was not ours. But other then that the car was great!

Unfortunately, my experience with this host was not a positive one. After my trip, I was accused of causing damage to the vehicle despite no collision or incident occurring during my rental.
When I questioned the claim and requested clear, time-stamped documentation, the situation became concerning, especially after being asked to handle it privately for a cash amount rather than going through proper channels.
As a consistent 5-star renter, this was unexpected and disappointing. I would recommend future renters thoroughly document the vehicle at pickup and drop-off.
This review contains incorrect information.
The vehicle was returned with documented damage that was not present at pickup, and a claim was submitted through Turo with time-stamped evidence.
At no point did we request any off-platform or cash payment. Turo provides the option to resolve claims directly within the platform, which is the process we followed.
All communication and documentation are available through Turo.
