Host and delivery were great, 5 stars. Car quality was not. Very clean, but mechanically getting old; very rough shaking at idle, low gear shifting from a stop was extremely rough- felt like the transmission might come apart, quite a few rattles and squeaks. Vehicle needs a thorough once over tune up and a spare tire.

The service was good, however the vehicle we were given is just not in good shape. It has over 140k miles on it, and the car rattled and shook pretty much the entire time I had it. Frankly, I was concerned the entire time that it might break down on me. I thought the service was good, but the vehicle was just not up to standards.
