Nice car and great communication.

Unfortunately, this was a poor experience. The host messaged me around before my 5am arrival saying the previous guest returned the car six hours late, so it would not be cleaned. They offered a similar newer car, but the switch caused confusion with the dates in the app and then reverted back to the original car.
At pickup around 5:30am, I had to wait for key instructions while very tired from traveling. Once I got the car, it was dirty, had not been washed, had crumbs and dirt inside and in the trunk, and the tire alert was on. The car also vibrated noticeably when driving over 65 mph.
The host did communicate, but the cleanliness, pickup confusion, and vehicle condition made the trip disappointing.
Hello Hamid, thanks for the review. We find it disappointing that we explained a guest dropped the vehicle off 6 hours late and it did not provide enough time to prepare the vehicle for you. You insisted it was okay and not a problem but then proceed to blast us on the review as a negligent host. It's guests like you in Turo who turn this platform sour and like to pat yourself on the back for bad deeds as such. Take care Mr. Thea
