Would give ZERO starts if I could. Car was dirty with coffee stains. The host was disorganized and himself had very poor personal hygiene when he dropped of the car. The car could not be charged at fast charger because the payment method through Tesla was blocked ( host had overdue amount). I messaged host several times through app but got no response. Could not use the car optimally as I could not charge at fast charger. Charging elsewhere was not an option due to time constraints (charging on regular charger would take 6-8 hours). Ultimately got hold of host ( after 24 hours of trying and multiple unanswered messages) via phone call to Turo. I could not take car to airport on way back due to low battery.
This host should be BANNED from Turo. BEWARE before renting from this person.
