Ok, I'm a little biased because I do love the Ford Escapes but I am beyond impressed. The car is in GREAT mechanical shape. Its clean, it smells good, its obviously very well taken care of. Drove like a dream and comfortable as well.
Pickup and drop-off were a breeze. Communication was impeccable!
