This was my first time using Turo, and everything was absolutely perfect! The experience was easy, convenient, and very affordable. The Toyota 4Runner was the perfect vehicle for exploring Yellowstone and Grand Teton — spacious, comfortable, and great for the roads and long drives.

Host did not verify my license until after we arrived and I messaged them. Car was not in the lot and host was not answering calls from Turo support. I messaged host many times and they were apologetic but uncommunicative about whether or not car was going to be delivered. They kept saying “I’m trying to reach the team”. Car was finally delivered a full hour after we arrived. The car itself was fine but the initial experience was terrible. I hope they are able to organize their process for delivery better.
