This car worked perfect for our group of 4 for the weekend. We received clear instructions on pickup/drop off and quick to responses to any messages throughout our trip. The cooler was essential for our trip to Yellowstone. The steering wheel would shake every once in a while on the highway, but it was manageable and we felt safe. They said they will be checking the alignment to get that fixed asap. Overall great experience!
