The vehicle was great for our Yellowstone trip and drove perfectly throughout. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that we were informed only one day before arrival that the windshield was cracked and would not be repaired before our rental. While it did not affect driving, the late notice was stressful and left us with little opportunity to make alternative arrangements. Other than that, the experience was smooth and the vehicle was exactly what we needed.

Small crack formed in glass during trip. Not sure how it even happened. They said they recently replaced glass I my guess the new glass is very susceptible to cracks. Nearly $500 to replace. So don't drive on roads in Montana I guess.
Glass was replaced in 9/2025. It is premium Mopar glass installed at the Jeep dealership. No issues with it until this renter had a rock hit the windshield. It states in the renters agreement that any damage occurred to the vehicle while renting will be the renters responsibility. Estimate for a glass replacement was sent and he went in circles with me about how the glass was cheap and susceptible to cracking. In the future, if you are going to rent someone’s vehicle be responsible enough to pay
