The vehicle was ok, we rented for a week.
Most amount we have ever paid for a week rental.
When we showed up at the airport to pick up the car we wandered around the Turo lot in super hot sun with the car nowhere to be found even though we had a message it was dropped off with the LB code.
We finally did get a hold of someone working for the host and found out that the car had not been checked out and was at some other location.
We did get a uber ordered by them with a 15 min drive away (we flew from Hawaii on a red eye extra stops was not what we wanted or planned) when we got to the car it was not cleaned or proper hand over no pics from owner on vehicle condition and one of the tires was low on pressure found a gas station and fixed this temporarily.
It caused a delay in us getting to our resort by about 1.5 hours and we really had limited time on Monday to spend there as our mastermind started on Tuesday.
Tire went low after two days and we had to buy some tire stuff at the gas station to hold it together. All of this was communicated to the host and his workers.
Still waiting for a reply from the actual host.
