This condescending and unhelpful Turo host gave us the car with a deflating, punctured tire and repeatedly refused to assist in servicing the Jeep, even casting doubt on our claims that the tire was deflating. As we were in a National Park with limited options, the negligence of this Turo host left us with an unsafe travel experience. The vehicle was also given to us with litter inside and flies

There was some trash in the car, exterior wasn’t cleaned, and had to get a ride to the car instead of it being at the airport. They worked with me and approved an earlier two hour slot though.
