Excellent host! Communication was fast and clear from start to finish. The vehicle was in great condition, and pickup was very easy. Everything went smoothly, making the trip stress-free. Would gladly rent again in the future.

Great road trip car! Easy pick up from the airport and was perfect for our needs. Drove nice and smooth. Apple car play was a little hard to connect if you had 2 devices saved at times and the passenger seat adjustment didnt work but overall great vehicle for our road trip.

The car was fine, well loved, if it’s gonna be a rental car, that’s how they’re gonna drive. The problem was the car wasn’t cleaned on the inside. They said it was due to the snow and not being able to get a shop vac to the car, (I’m not sure if the car was used the day prior as it was 60° and sunny ) but the level of dust and overall non-cleanliness was more than a shop vac anyway. Some wet wipes would’ve made a huge difference. I have a picture of my finger after I ran it across some of the interior trim. There was quite a bit of dust and dirt. This car hadn’t been cleaned after a moderate amount of use. Also, the car was only 3/4 full of gas when I picked it up.
The communication by the host and the people managing his car were fine. I was able to ask for an extra hour of time due to a flight delay and they accepted for which I am grateful. I own 4 airbnb so I understand what goes into renting direct to other people. Hopefully they use this review for training and do a better job for the next person renting.

Fair price, car worked without issues for whole trip. Car was slightly dirty at pick up and made high pitched noise at higher speeds. Host could have been more responsive.
