Window washer fluid, car key battery and engine oil were all low as notified by the car. When I informed the owner they thanked me for letting them know but did not offer how to address

The car was good overall. The transmission when it was on 4-wheel drive was wonky. It wouldn’t drive smooth and would jerk at slower speeds.
