Gas was not full and the front right brake needs service, it squeaked a lot, metal on metal sound.

Pickup location good, quick reply from owner. However, right away after picking up the car, oil lever indicator light came on, had to add 2 quarts. Then transmission dashboard light came on, Key fob low battery notification came on. Owner ask to add oil and purchase new battery for key fob

Trip was dreadful. The car was unmaintained, shredded serpentine belt, 15,000 miles on an oil change, the car was out of oil, the rear heat quit working, the tires were garbage for winter. Tried to get help from Turo multiple times and they kept putting me on hold. I rented the car for 6 days and had to rent another one for 2 days while I was getting the Turo car fixed at a mechanic shop and paying extra because it was Christmas Eve. It’s not my job to care more about your vehicle than you do!
