Car was comfortable. Needs an alignment and spare tire in back was problematic with all of our luggage but we made it work.

Overall, the vehicle served its purpose and was spacious enough for our group and luggage, but the experience was not without some issues.
About three hours before pickup, the host messaged me to let me know there was an issue with one of the tires and that a spare had been installed. I was told it would not affect the operation of the vehicle, but unfortunately we did notice a difference in the ride. The vehicle seemed to pull toward the side with the spare and did not drive as smoothly as expected. The steering also felt very loose while driving. I’m not sure if this was related to the spare tire or the vehicle itself, but it was noticeable throughout the trip. The spare also caused warning lights and messages to remain on throughout the rental. From an appearance standpoint, having a spare on a luxury vehicle was also disappointing.
Additionally, the damaged tire was left inside the vehicle, which took up a significant amount of cargo space and made loading our seven suitcases more difficult.
The other major issue was the cleanliness of the vehicle at pickup. The exterior was extremely dirty, and the windshield was dirty enough that visibility was significantly impacted. We had to wash the vehicle ourselves before we felt comfortable driving it.
Overall, the vehicle was spacious and ultimately got us where we needed to go, but between the tire issue, steering and ride quality, reduced cargo space, warning messages, and condition of the vehicle at pickup, the experience did not quite meet our expectations.
