Host didn’t inform me that the brakes and rotors were bad. Had to put it in the shop.

Hello sir, you took the car and it was working properly. You drove approximately 400 miles with it, and then you had the car towed. The mistake was on your end, and this could be the reason for the brake issue.
If there had been any problem with the brakes from the moment you picked up the car, you would have reported it to us immediately. However, the car was working properly when you received it, and the issue occurred after you had already driven approximately 400 miles.
There was no air the whole time and the battery for the key was out so every time i got into the car, the alarm went off. Overall, it got me around and the host did the best he could.

We quickly realized the jeep wasn’t for us (lots of vibration at highway speeds), but the host was very accommodating. They allowed us to return the jeep early and offered another suitable car.
