It was super to get ahold of someone, the car was super reliable and gave me no problems. Came in super handy when my own car gave out at the very last minute!

When we showed up, our car seat was missing from our rental, however, we contacted our host and he did get a car seat brought to us. We just had a busy and fussy toddler while we were waiting in the parking lot, but we are thankful he resolved the issue.
