This was my first time renting through Turo, and overall it was a great experience! The host was communicative throughout the entire process, which I really appreciated as a first-time Turo renter. The instructions for locating the vehicle were clear, and we were happy to find a clean, well-prepared vehicle waiting for us.
We did notice a slight vibration in the brakes once we got on the freeway, but otherwise we experienced no mechanical issues during our rental. I also really appreciated the flexibility when an unexpected delay affected our return time. We were able to extend the rental by a few hours at no additional charge based on our rental fee, which was extremely helpful.
Overall, this was a very positive first Turo experience. The host was responsive, accommodating, and made the entire process easy. I would definitely rent from this host again!
