Car needs work. Shook around 60/65 mph. Then would randomly shake while driving. Possible motor mount issue

The car drives poorly. The transmission is going. Slow to accelerate. & reverse takes time to set in. The car was clean & she did have complimentary waters & mints. The car just drove poorly.

this review is crazy, the cars are serviced by the dealership between trips with Turo check list. and the customer did not contact me at anytime with any concerns. I also drove it on the freeway and had no isses at a very high speed.
The Vehicle was very clean and location was great and the Host, but had an mechanical issues when picking up speed

Turo has a mandatory checklist for every car that is on their platform this car has been fully serviced by a certified buick.Dealership, the tires are new. We even attempt to put all the cars on the freeway and drive them before their trips. We would not send them out if they were unsafe.
Car had brake issues it flutters when you hit the gas, I will never rent from this host again, read the reviews that’s where I messed up at in a rush and the price was ok.
