The car was clean and ready. However, it did not have a full tank of fuel as stated. I was also required to pay the parking fee to exit the parking garage. That was a surprise. I returned the car early which was a $106.00 saving. However I received an additional invoice for $24.00 to pay for the long term parking because the car owner picked up the car late. As stated the car was clean and drove well. However, you may get hit with excessive expenses that would normally be absorbed by the rental agency.
The customer showed up 4 hours late than the scheduled time and expected me to pay his late $16 parking fee. How fair is that? And on top he returned the car 9 and half hours early without a prior notice though I texted him on the previous day asking about the return. There is $24 parking fee that I had to pay out of my pocket though I picked the car 2 and half hours early than the scheduled time. Now decide who is wrong here? We don't need customers like this in our platform. Period !

Carl was an amazing host for my 2024 Toyota Corolla Cross rental on Turo! He was super helpful, keeping me updated throughout the trip, which made everything so smooth. The car was incredibly comfortable to drive, clean, and in perfect condition. Highly recommend renting from Carl!
