Car was as expected. My family had a lot of fun during our 10-day road-trip through Washington and Oregon. Joshua was friendly and communicative and provided everything we needed in short time. Only point to consider would be that our pick-up point had poor mobile reception (at least for my phone), but Joshuas personal handing-over of the car made it finally easy.
