The rental was good. We ran into an issue at the end of the trip when returning the car. We circled around the long term parking for 40 minutes but couldn’t find a stall. It was completely full! We tried waiting for people walking out but…nothing. Up and down the levels several times. We asked the parking attendant and they said if there’s no long term we’ll have to park in short term. We felt bad but at this point we were going to miss our flight. After apologizing profusely and explaining to the owner, he still very mad and rude. I can understand his frustration but he didn’t understand that we truly looked and looked. I think he thought we just didn’t care and parked in short term. But all and all the rental was good, no other issues.
