My partner and I always book with Cesar. Cesar's cars are always super clean, reliable, and perform well. I rented the 2025 CX-50 for the weekend. It's a great errand car and fit my baby's car seat with space still available for the front seat passenger. Cesar responds quickly and is a great host. I would recommend him to my friends and family.

The car had multiple mechanical warning lights/issues while I was driving, which the host said he was aware of. I was initially fine continuing to drive, but then experienced the same “glitch” another customer had experienced while I was on the highway. I had to make an emergency stop because the car temporarily lost power and I was unable to accelerate. The host was responsive and offered to swap the car, which I agreed to after being told it would cost less. I was then charged even more after the swap and had to contact Turo to get the issue fixed. This made the rental much more stressful than it should have been

I apologize for the inconvenience. The vehicle had previously been repaired by the dealership under warranty for the same issue, so I was aware of the prior repair but did not expect it to return. I promptly arranged a vehicle swap and delivered the replacement to your location. I was also unaware of the additional charges, which I would have been happy to help resolve if I had been notified.
