This was an emergency back up since our first car broke down. Host asked to have me drive him 45 minutes back to his house. While I understand considering Texas is HUGE, they didn't update me that they were bringing someone and a ride was no longer needed. Owner took an extra picture of my ID instead of using what was provided for the rental. Knowing the situation at hand of being stranded in a state im not from, the host was very rude. Then kept sending messages about extended the trip. There was an issue with the drip off location, that is on Turo, but the owner didn't care to explain and was not accommodating at all. Understandable since it wasn't their mistake. When drop off was approaching, owner asked me to make a drive in the opposite direction to accommodate the drop off for them. Unacceptable.

We were able to rent without a credit card. The host is helpful and accommodating though roadside service was useless when we had a need for it.
