Two issues
1 car did not have GPS installed and screen referred me to the Toyota dealership to have it done. Then I could not get my Google Maps to show on the screen, only the voice instructions. Since there was no place to put my phone on the dash to see the directions while driving, I had to hold it for hours of tough southern California traffic. It was Risky and tiring. .
I asked the host to show me how the basic car functions worked since I was on not familiar with the car, it was in the dark of night and it was raining. . He was impatient and told me he had “a lot of cars”.
I had difficulty locating buttons , like the window defrost, when the car fogged up on the highway.
Car drove just fine and was a hybrid which took very little fuel.
I don’t understand why you needed it. Instructions on how to operate my vehicle.. I also noticed you had bad reviews from other renters so I was skeptical on renting to you and now I see why you had those reviews. Why would it be my fault that you were holding onto your phone for many hours? In eight years, I’ve never had anybody complain about having to hold her fall for hours.
