Ozzie is the best, he is quick to respond, polite and easy to work with! The car was great, clean and drives nicely. It was wonderful to be able to walk out of the airport and go directly to the car parked exactly where Ozzie told me it would be. Thank you Ozzie!

Overall good. Changed pick up location day before trip. One windshield wiper did not have blade on it. But Ozzie was good to communicate with
