This was my first experience using Turo and it was amazing. The car was great, the host was amazing, and the car smelled absolutely incredible. I loved how easy it was to contact the host and how smooth the pickup and return process was. Since this was my first experience, I really appreciated that the host didn’t mind helping me learn how to use the app and guiding me through the process. I truly appreciate this level of professionalism and customer service so much.
