Car was great but delivery was managed poorly. It was difficult to organize with the owner a specific location he kept pushing to pickup and drop off at a location that was convenient for him.

Christina : sorry for your inconvenience as you realized it’s hard to coordinate at JFK location due to traffic and early am delivery on Sunday , we were short handed and could have parked at parking lot to save both of us time
