Wonderful service will definitely be only using them

While the car itself was great, I did not have such a great experience mainly because of how access to the car is managed. I was given a ChargeKey app to manage lock/unlock and to start the car. I rented the car to make a trip to upstate New York (2hrs to NYC) and most towns have spotty cell service and I got stuck at home most of the time because it was hard to restart without internet if cell service is spotty or the app has issues. The host was nice enough to get on call the first time it happened and help with a recommendation to connect the car to a home WiFi which helped re-start the car at our destination once we got there but we couldn’t visit a number of our favourite spots because they wouldn’t have internet in parking and we would have been stuck. I also had issues restarting the car very close to host’s location after I got the car washed. The app wouldn’t start the car and I had to get out and move around to see if the app would catch signal and work blocking traffic.

Since March of this year I have rented with this Host 13 times. That goes to show how great of a Host they are, I would definitely recommend.
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
