Host was communicative, prompt, and overall very easy to deal with.
The car’s interior was clean, seemed well maintained mechanically, and had name brand tires (BF goodrich).
Cosmetically the exterior had some minor scuffs/scratches but nothing unexpected of a rental car at a price point.
Recommend both host and car.

This was a horrible experience. First and last time using Turo. Communication with them was quite poor. We discussed a different location within 24 hours of booking and I specifically mentioned I needed the car at the airport they recommended a closer location then day of stated “oh it was never confirmed but you can pay for an uber” which was $45 out of pocket and further away. The car had scratches and damages. The day after return they TRIED it. They stated there was a chip on the windshield that wasn’t originally there. Thank God I had my own personal video that showed it was present before taking the car because they definitely would have tried to charge me.
To clarify, this was a standard pickup reservation, not an airport delivery. No delivery option was ever added to the booking. Minor scratches and cosmetic wear were documented before the trip. I never filed a damage claim or requested payment for the windshield; I only asked about a small chip. No video was ever provided, and all communication took place through the Turo app. This review omits important facts, and the reservation details speak for themselves.
