Not a car for a non-smoker. Overpowering cigarette smoke smell in car made it difficult to drive.

Sean, I’m sorry about the lingering smoke smell. Unfortunately, the vehicle was returned by a previous guest with a very heavy cigarette odor. Before your trip, we deep cleaned the vehicle, treated it with ozone, and did everything we could to remove the smell, but unfortunately with heavy smoke odors sometimes can linger after extensive treatment. I understand how it affected your experience and apologize for that. I’m glad everything else went well. Appreciate your understanding and feedback.

The pick up location was in a safe, public area. Matthew was very accommodating, personal and professional.. The car was in excellent mechanical condition. It was very clean, inside and out. I would rent from Matthew again and also recommend him to others.
