Unfortunately, I had to return the vehicle early because the A/C was not working properly. I contacted the host immediately to let him know about the issue, hoping he would offer some assistance or a solution. Instead, his response was simply that I could return the vehicle and he would refund my money.
There was no attempt to troubleshoot the problem, offer an alternative, or otherwise help resolve the situation. I found his response to be dismissive and rude, especially considering that having working A/C is important for a comfortable and safe rental experience, particularly in hot weather.
While I appreciate that he agreed to refund the rental, the overall experience and lack of customer service were disappointing. I would have appreciated a more professional and helpful approach when bringing a legitimate issue with the vehicle to his attention.
