This was my first time using Turo and I was super nervous as I didn’t what to be scammed. I searched and Mr. Quincy had a vehicle available. From the moment I booked up until I just dropped off he has been communicating. The car was clean upon picking up and he we just what I needed for a trip to Florida. I had an issue with low tire pressure which is not by no means Mr. Quincy’s fault, he alerted before I could alert him! He told me whatever needed to be done he would cover it. Exceptional customer service! I’ll never think about Enterprise again and will definitely be booking with Mr. Quincy in two weeks.
