The car was great the fan just keeps running. Overall good vehicle. Just find out how to turn lights on before u leave... lol. The service is good. Thank you 😊 🙏🏾

Pick up was easy with lock box. After traveling internationally and arriving on Christmas night we find the car (as previously stated in other reviews) had not been fixed of its check engine light and obvious engine problem as the vehicle sputtered to my destination. I was to rent this car for just over two weeks with some long distance driving but I did not feel this vehicle was safe and that I may be stranded on the side of the road in the cold. I initially reached out to the owner immediately after pic up with a photo of the check engine light and concern about the function of the car but they never answered me until after I called Turo road side assistance. Turo support was excellent. They had the car picked up at my location (which I didn’t drive it since I parked after pick up on Christmas night). Pick up took 2 hours so I was glad to be in a safe/warm location while I waiting. The owner should rent vehicles in proper working order. It also smelled of cigarette smoke.

The trip was fine, just a few issues: the car smelled like smoke, the check engine light would come on and off daily—probably causing the engine to rev after going over 60 mph. Lastly, the CD player would constantly spin and make a loud noise.
