Alex made the entire experience effortless from start to finish. His brand new 4Runner was spotless, drove like a dream, and was the perfect vehicle for getting our family around Chicago all week.
The biggest win was the convenience. Alex met us right at the terminal for pickup and drop-off, which was a huge help traveling with the family and a mountain of luggage. Communication was great, everything was exactly as described, and the whole process couldn’t have gone more smoothly.
