Great, but the drop off was a problem. I predicted a 2:00 return of the car. I returned it at 2:56. Jhuyan had not arrived at the meeting place yet, so he told me how to leave the car and keys. I was surprised and dismayed to learn that I would be charged $169 for dropping off the car 26 minutes after the grace period, even though I arrived well before the owner did. I will never use this service again.

Thank you for your feedback! The additional charge was an automated fee from Turo based on the 2:56 PM drop-off, which is past the 30-minute grace period following the 2:00 PM scheduled return. These fees are Turo's policy. Regardless, I'm glad to see you rated everything about the car and our communication 5 stars.
