Absolutely amazing experience. Car was in fantastic shape, host was extremely communicative, and pick up/drop off was a breeze. Jiayuan even went above and beyond to return the newly-purchased parks pass that I accidentally left in the vehicle!

This Subaru Crosstrek is a VERY nice car, is clearly well maintained and the host was exemplary! He made it easy to locate the vehicle, the pickup and drop off instructions were clear and he checked in with us mid-way to ask if we had any questions and to ensure that everything was going smoothly. I highly recommend this host and the next time I’m in Bangor I will rent from him again.

The car was ready to go at the airport and the whole pickup/drop off process great! The car was smooth and had a spot for my phone which was helpful for navigating a new town!
