Great, but the drop off was a problem. I predicted a 2:00 return of the car. I returned it at 2:56. Jhuyan had not arrived at the meeting place yet, so he told me how to leave the car and keys. I was surprised and dismayed to learn that I would be charged $169 for dropping off the car 26 minutes after the grace period, even though I arrived well before the owner did. I will never use this service again.
Thank you for your feedback! The additional charge was an automated fee from Turo based on the 2:56 PM drop-off, which is past the 30-minute grace period following the 2:00 PM scheduled return. These fees are Turo's policy. Regardless, I'm glad to see you rated everything about the car and our communication 5 stars.

Everything was wonderful!!! Would rent this car again! So clean, runs well, on time pickup, ample storage and great gas mileage! Thank you for an incredible trip!!

Absolutely amazing experience. Car was in fantastic shape, host was extremely communicative, and pick up/drop off was a breeze. Jiayuan even went above and beyond to return the newly-purchased parks pass that I accidentally left in the vehicle!

This Subaru Crosstrek is a VERY nice car, is clearly well maintained and the host was exemplary! He made it easy to locate the vehicle, the pickup and drop off instructions were clear and he checked in with us mid-way to ask if we had any questions and to ensure that everything was going smoothly. I highly recommend this host and the next time I’m in Bangor I will rent from him again.
