Car was not ready for rental. Temporary car registration was set to expire before the end of rental agreement. This was not satisfactory for us as we were not staying local. It took more 2 hours to resolve a partial refund as Turo was not willing to secure a local rental (they indicated it was too expensive to comp it). They would not refund the complete amount despite it not being a fault of our own. Very disappointing customer service experience. We will rethink using this service in the future.
The car was ready for rental. The new tag was offered to be brought at your convenience, regardless of the range, which you declined. Turo’s cancellation policy and customer service response times are not rated on my profile.

Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
