I didn’t for the customer service with this company they really need change the person that’s dealing with the cars she’s very rude and she doesn’t no how to talk to ppl me personally never again with this company run for the hills
You showed up 45 minutes early for your reservation and when I told you the vehicle was not ready and hadn’t be cleaned for your trip you just stood there and still tried to get in the vehicle. I had to ask you 3 times to step away so I could take care of it. Not sure how that came off rude. Instructions are sent to you prior to your trip start time, letting you know when access to the vehicle would be granted and you arrived early with no warning.

The SUV drove really good!! Was clean!! Check in was smooth! No complaints at all!!

Great experience the host was nice and the process was extremely smooth and easy. I would definitely recommend to other people who are looking to rent this car because I will definitely be renting the car again once again awesome experience.
