Not so great smell, and squeaky breaks. Easy pickup and drop off. The car was nice.

3 stars only because of the terrible smell of weed in the car. It was so strong smelling we wondered if we smelled like it when we got out of the car. Otherwise car was just fine, pickup and drop off were super easy and host was good with communication

Hi Becky, thanks for highlighting our great communication and easy check-in! As discussed before your trip, we strictly sanitize cars between guests. A prior renter violated Turo policy, and despite our deep cleaning, the odor was tough to clear in the short time before your rental. We always aim for 5 stars, though it was disappointing to find the car returned with mud on the dashboard and shoe prints on the ceiling, requiring intensive detailing. Wish you the best!"
The car was clean but had a strong smoke smell (billed as a nonsmoking car) The car was very good on gas. There were two alerts on the dash that didn't effect the drivablity but only annoying while driving.

As I mentioned before your trip, I wanted to make sure you were aware of everything beforehand. Unfortunately, it is difficult to control the actions of every single guest, but I always do my absolute best to clean and eliminate odors after every rental. Sometimes turnarounds are very quick—with only 3 hours between ge
Pickup was fine. A bit of trouble getting lines of communication but once I did, pass off was fine. Car had a distinct, faint smoke smell, which seemed odd as owner was adamant that this is a non-smoking car. Smelled it immediately and when I reached out to owner, said it was from a previous renter "awhile ago". Said they took measures to resolve it. Regardless I had to purchase a car freshener to cover it up during time I had vehicle. Beyond that no problems. Good car and smooth drive.. Dropoff was easy and seamless.

Car was in great condition, smelled good and clean. The host communicated very well and made pick up and drop off super simple. Hybrid was great. I used very little gas. Highly recommended. I would use this host again.
