The vehicle was clean and in good condition, and the host was responsive. The pickup arrangement was changed and the vehicle was delivered later than originally scheduled. The car also did not have google maps, which made navigation a little difficult. I would recommend handling any changes to pickup or return arrangements through Turo for better clarity. Overall, it was a good experience.

And gosh, my apologies Turo world. We really demonstrated some cognitive inefficiency. We had a perfectly performing navigational system right in the dashboard? And we didn’t equip our chariot with Google Maps. Four stars it is!!
