Great reliable car, convenient easy pick up and drop off

The host is kind and responsive, but the car needs work. The tires were nearly bald, the air conditioning cut out on us repeatedly, the car doesn’t want to stay in reverse unless you hold it there, and there is an aftermarket headunit which, on minimum brightness, is blindingly bright, dangerously so at night. Bright enough that during the day in direct sunlight the screen is clearly visible while on minimum brightness. I cannot in good conscience recommend you rent this car as it is now, though I think with some servicing and maybe re-installing the factory radio, it could be good. Especially losing air conditioning was a real disappointment. It got very hot in the car very quickly 🥵

Loved it. Very happy with the 2014 Subaru Forster and I had an amazing time driving it in America! And I love that it is stick shift or manual transmission. Those are rare to come by in America nowadays!
