Car was scratched with dents, dings, unclean, brakes felt unsafe, needed alignments due to vibrations in pedals and steering. Car needed oil tire needed air. I took the car bc pick up location was very far n no other cars avail.

The statements in this review are inaccurate. The guest claimed the vehicle had scratches, dents, was dirty, had unsafe brakes, needed an alignment, an oil change, and air in the tires. However, the pre-trip inspection report and photos taken before pickup show the vehicle was clean and in good condition. The inspection report contradicts these claims. I take great pride in maintaining my vehicles and ensuring they are safe, clean, and ready for every guest.
