First the host does not have good communication skills. At pickup the car has a check engine light on and makes a loud noise while idling and driving. The host made me feel as if addressing these concerns was an issue but told me the car had been inspected and it was just a sensor issue. I drove the car home and tried to see how it would run the next day however the noise was louder. I reached out to the host asking for a possible exchange of vehicle for the remainder of the rental. They read my message but did not respond. I did not receive a response until I reached back out later that day with notice of an early return. The communication came through like a running faucet. They picked the vehicle up with no immediate communication. I have used Turo numerous times and have NEVER had issues with the cars or hosts. 10/10 do not recommend!
This is so false it blows my mind this person drove the car all day all night and when it came time to return everything was an issue people like this should not have a voice on turo

This was indeed the worst experience I have ever had with Turo. The car was not suitable to drive and the customer service was horrible. I missed my grand daughter graduation due to the car being in such bad condition. I went into the insurance company next door and they could not believe the condition of the car. They tried calling the owner and no response. If I could give no stars I would. Thank you Tito for returning my funds renter beware of this place.
