Car quality was not good car kept jerking while driving like it was about to cut off then next day the check engine light came on overall an uncomfortable paid experience 😕
this car is a ford and a slight jerk is normal due to them using a dual clutch transmission causing it to shift kind of like a manual. You called me immediately as you were unfamiliar with this and I agreed to swap your vehicle and even drove back to the lot to wait for you.. you called me back and said it’s fine. I’ll just keep it because I’m returning it tomorrow anyway. Instead of returning it the next day. You extended for five additional days with no issue…also this is my cheapest vehicle.
