From the moment I picked the car up, it smell like marijuana. It was a very strong scent to the point where I put spray and I could not do nothing to get the sent out of the car I had my kids in this car and my son was sick to his stomach by the smell very terrible experience if my car wassnt in the shop and I needed transportation I would have brought it back !!

Hi Bridget. As discussed before your trip, the previous guest violated Turo rules by smoking in the car right before your pickup. Due to back-to-back bookings, I spent extra time cleaning and sanitizing the car, and explicitly notified you about the remaining odor in advance. I apologized and offered assistance, and you chose to proceed. I always aim for 5-star quality and regret that another guest’s violation impacted your experience.
