Overall, the experience was okay. The vehicle itself was very comfortable, spacious, and felt safe to drive. However, my main concern was the cleanliness of the car when it was provided to me.

The vehicle was delivered with a significant amount of cigarette ash on both the floor and the seats, and there was a very strong odor of cigarette smoke throughout the interior. Even after I cleaned the car, the smell persisted for the duration of the rental.

This was particularly concerning because I had a child traveling with me, and my siblings and I are healthcare professionals who are very sensitive to smoke exposure. The odor made the experience uncomfortable and unpleasant.

My recommendation would be to thoroughly clean and deodorize the vehicle before renting it to future guests. Specially, after you mentioned in your car details that smoking was not allowed. Aside from this issue, the car itself was comfortable and served our transportation needs well.

Great host and excellent vehicle! Communication was easy and quick from the beginning. The SUV was perfect for our family trip, very comfortable, looked great, and drove amazingly well. Pickup was simple and convenient, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The only minor issue was that the vehicle was not as clean as I expected when I received it, but it was not a problem for me and did not affect our trip. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely rent from this host again
