The host’s informed me that Ai handles majority of his communication, which made communication difficult. The host was not in town during pickup and uploaded a trip-start photo after my trip had already begun showing the vehicle in a different location than where I actually picked it up. Fuel was returned back at the same level I received it. He then sent a request for more money for fuel. After I disputed the request, the host immediately left me a review and sent unprofessional threatening messages, including saying my “games will only cost you more.” I recommend taking your own photos and documenting everything if you rent from this host.

I loved this BMW! It was the perfect vehicle for taking my son to prom. The ride was smooth, comfortable, and made the occasion feel extra special. The vehicle was spotless and looked exactly like the pictures—everything was as advertised. The host made the process easy, and the overall experience was excellent. I would definitely rent again and highly recommend it to others!
