Your original reservation was canceled after you arrived more than 3 hours late and the required driver’s license verification had not been submitted. Turo generally provides a 2-hour pickup grace period, after which a guest may be considered a no-show. Despite this, we allowed the vehicle to be rebooked so your trip could proceed. The cancellation was made in accordance with Turo’s policy, not due to any issue with the vehicle.
