The Hyundai Santa Fe was a great rental! Clean and comfortable for the whole family and enjoyable to drive. Farhad was a great host, and I'd rent from him again.

This is our first time using Turo. It was easy to use (after getting familiar with the app and the process). Communication with owner was easy and he was quick to respond to our simple questions, otherwise we had reason for additional communications (because we didn’t have any issues).
The pick-up process was clear and easy. The car served the purpose we needed for a short road trip (we needed something a bit bigger than what we own to take stuff with us on the short trip).
The return process was as easy as the pick up. Clear details and easy to drop off.
We felt the price was more reasonable than a rental car service.
The owner left 2 bottles of water and some candy as a courtesy. That was really nice.
The exterior was clean and the car was a nice ride.
Only things that we think need improvement were the cleanliness of the interior of the vehicle. It was not trashed by any means, but it was also not as clean as we would have expected. There were drink spills around the center console and cup holders, the dash was dirty, as were all the floor mats and the seats (a quick vacuum would fix this). There was something really sticky on the backside of the console (a thorough interior wipe down would fix this).
The interior also had a hint of smoke and marijuana (a car freshener would help with this).
The things that bothered us most were the spills and sticky stuff (we used some wipes to clean up what bothered us most).
All-in-all, the process was convenient and ok for the price.
We filled the tank and gave the car a quick car wash before returning because there were some bug splatters on the hood and front grill, and we wanted to return the car in good condition.
