Great host!!

This was a very disappointing experience. When I arrived, the vehicle already had visible exterior damage that wasn’t clearly communicated. The inside was in unacceptable condition; pet hair everywhere, food on the seats, stains, dirty handprints, and a strong cigarette smell.
I ended up having to wash and vacuum the car myself and purchase disinfectant spray and wipes just to make it usable, which was a major inconvenience.
When I tried to get help, I was sent back and forth between Turo and the host with no resolution. I contacted the host directly about these issues, but never received a response.
Because of the condition of the vehicle and the situation, I had to cancel an out-of-town appointment. Later, I was pulled over at night due to a headlight being out and had to leave the car and use Uber instead.
Overall, this experience caused significant stress, extra expenses, and disruption to my plans. I would not recommend renting this vehicle in its current condition.

This was my first time using Turo. The process was pretty easy and straightforward, the car itself drove fine, and the pickup was extremely smooth and easy. However, the inside of the car was a different story. It smelled like a mix of everything from cigarettes to vapes and all things in between. And it was a very strong smell. I didn’t offer to drive anyone because of the smell. And when I messaged the host twice, both times I received an automated reply explaining how to adjust my rental time period. I received no help or offer of a discount. I’ll use the service again, but I’m not sure about this host…

Overall, the vehicle ran good brakes were a little squeaky.One fog light was out. The interior have more scratches than I thought
