Car drove well no issues, my son who often gets carsick was perfectly fine and even slept on the ride. host was very accommodating to pickup and drop off times. Good AC. Lot of space on the inside of the car if you have bags or suitcases. Vehicle does use regular USB chargers which is a little outdated but they work perfectly fine and actually charge quickly if you have the correct cords. Thank you for a great experience!

The transaction with the host was straightforward and check in was easy. However, the vehicle itself was disappointing. The car was filthy upon arrival and bra pad literally fell out of the passenger door onto the street when opened. The interior smelled bad and was so dirty we had to wipe it down entirely before driving. Safety was also a major concern. The front driver tire was overinflated at 43 PSI (while the other three were at 33 PSI). The car pulls heavily to the right, the steering wheel is off center to the left and the brakes squeak and lack stopping power. I returned the car freshly washed and vacuumed, something the host should have done before my trip.

We have had no complaints up until this.
Unfortunately tire pressure fluctuates here in the valley so that is always changing . The tires are brand new and it just had an alignment when the tires were replaced. The pulling may happen when lane assist is on.
As of last service the breaks were still at 80%
